Martial Arts Journey
About Dean
DSK Coaching was built on a lifelong journey through martial arts.

Roots
My journey started in 2003 on the judo mats. From those early days, the path expanded into Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Boxing, Grappling, Jiu-Jitsu, and MMA. Guided by my father, Guy Kaulmann, we didn’t just train—we built something together. A dojo rooted in discipline, respect, and growth.

Competition
Competition became a natural step. I had my first amateur fight in 2012 and went on to achieve a 14-fight win streak. That journey led to a professional career, competing internationally from Italy to Thailand.
But this was never about belts or titles.
It was about becoming better—mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Martial arts became a way to face fear, manage stress, push beyond limits, and build real confidence. It taught me discipline, focus, awareness, and how to channel anger into something constructive.
For a time, competition turned fear and anger into pride. But eventually, even pride felt empty—because pride without purpose or connection doesn’t last.
That realization shifted everything.

Coaching
Coaching became more than teaching techniques. It became about sharing the journey.
Because what truly matters isn’t recognition or status—it’s the shared love for a mission and the transformation that comes with it. The evolution of confidence, discipline, respect, resilience, awareness, and so much more.
Watching students grow into their full potential.
That’s what feels real to me.
Today, DSK Coaching exists to create that experience for others.
Not through preaching, but through practice. Through showing up. Through doing the work.
The mission is simple: build a strong community and give people the opportunity to discover what martial arts can unlock within themselves.
